10- Daffy Duck
Daffy Duck made his first appearance in the 1937 short Porky Duck Hunt, directed by director Tex Avery and animated by Bob Clampett. Daddy Duck was one of the first “wacky” characters and has starred in 130 shorts in the Golden Age.
He often appears with his partner Porky Pig and is shown to be a jealous rival of Bugs Bunny. The black duck is depicted as Bugs Bunny’s rival/friend in cartoon series such as Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies. His female counterpart is Melissa Duck.
9- Bugs Bunny
One of the most iconic characters ever created, Bugs Bunny first appeared in 1940 in a cartoon directed by Tex Avery called Wild Hare. He was created by Leon Schlesinger and voiced by Mel Blanc during America’s Golden Age of animation.
Known for his almost always carrot chewing, mischievous personality, and Brooklyn accent, Bugs Bunny has starred in and appeared in many movies, TV series, comic books, and amusement park rides. 7- Popeye
Popeye was first created in 1929 by Elzie Crisler Segar for her comic strip Thimble Theater, which was later renamed in honor of Popeye himself. In 1933, the Popeye cartoon series began at Max Fleischer Studios and then continued at Paramount Studios.

Schubert “Scooby” Doo is the protagonist of the series of the same name that was created in 1969 by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Scooby-Doo is a Great Dane whose companions are Fred, Velma, Daphne, and Shaggy, his best friend with whom he shares the same personality traits.
Scooby-Doo has a speech impediment and often begins most words with “R”, but his friends get it anyway. His catchphrase is “Scooby-Dooby-Doo!” Scooby-Doo Where Are You? He debuted on CBS with his first episode “What a Night for a Knight” on September 13, 1969.
5- Fred Flintstone
Frederick Joseph (Fred) Flintstone was created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. His first appearance was in 1960.
He is married to Wilma Flintstone and they have a daughter named Pebbles. Fred and Wilma are best friends with their next-door neighbors, Barney and Betty Rubble. They live in a prehistoric city where dinosaurs coexist with humans since Fred has a pet dinosaur named Dino. His famous look includes his black hair, big nose, and orange spine with black spots that he wears with a tie.
4- Bonzo the Dog
Loved by both children and adults, Bonzo the Dog was created in 1922 by George Study. His distinctive features are his ears, one black and one white, some black spots, a small tail, and large blue eyes.
He appeared in movies and on stage. By the mid-1920s, bookstores, toy stores, and department stores were buying all of Bonzo’s products, such as toys, ashtrays, trinket boxes, car mascots, puzzles, books, and candy.

Donald Duck’s full name is Donald Fauntleroy Duck. He is one of the most popular cartoon characters out there. Also, he is best known for his trademark shirt and sailor hat and no pants, his short temper, and many silly but adorable fights and antics.
Donald Duck’s birthday is June 9, 1934, and his first appearance was in 1934 in a Silly Symphony cartoon called “The Wise Little Hen.” He has appeared in more than 152 cartoon shorts between 1934 and 1959.

2- Mickey Mouse
Mickey Mouse is one of the oldest and best-known characters in history. He was born in 1928, the date he started his first movie. Originally, the mouse’s name was Mortimer Mouse, but Walt Disney’s wife, Lillian Disney, gave him the name Mickey Mouse.
The first full cartoon of him is called Plane Crazy, which failed to impress the distributors. The second cartoon was The Galloping Gaucho which had the same result. However, Mickey Mouse was successful on his first attempt with Steamboat Willie.

Felix the cat was created in 1919 by cartoonist Otto Messmer and Pat. He is identified as one of the most popular cartoon characters of the silent film era with his famous smile, black body, wide eyes, and the magic bag of tricks that you can pull everything you need from right now.
His first appearance was in a short film called Feline Follies and then it was printed. King Features distributed Felix in more than 250 newspapers. In the late 1950s, Joe Oriolo produced 264 five-minute episodes of Felix for Trans-Lux TV.
